Media Kit · For Issuers
Advertising & Partnerships
For listed shipping, mining, energy and pipeline companies that want to reach German-speaking and international private investors.
The one rule everything rests on
You are buying my analytical work — a slot on my desk, not my verdict. No rating, no price target, no buy or sell recommendation — not for money, and not thrown in. What is promised is that I will work on your company and publish the result. What is not promised is how it turns out: if it turns out critical, it still goes out. I say that before we start, not afterwards.
I invest in these sectors myself and may well hold your stock. I do not hide that, I disclose it: my portfolio is public and updated live, and every paid placement states right next to it whether I hold the name. Working together changes nothing about that — I do not buy or sell differently because someone pays.
That is not fine print, it is the product: nobody can say you bought a verdict, because there is none for sale here. What I write editorially about your company — and when — I decide independently; a payment neither triggers it nor prevents it.
What you do not get
No paid equity research. No rating. No price target. No buy, sell or hold view. No price forecast. No editorial influence over framing, headline or timing. No follow links.
For a compliance department that is not a concession — it is the condition under which they sign at all. Every placement carries a visible „Werbung" (German pages) or „Advertisement" (English pages) in the first visible block, on each channel separately, never only in the footer.
Reach, honestly
Measured 2026-08-17. These numbers are here because you would check them anyway — and because a small honest number is worth more than a large one that falls apart on the first click.
Two separate properties, never added together. The German and English sites are different audiences with different numbers, and I report them apart. If I don't inflate my own figures, you can assume I won't inflate yours either.
What I sell on the English side is the website, not the English YouTube channel — that one is small and its analytics scope isn't even available to me, so I don't put a number on it. The nine US-investor guides covering withholding tax, ADR versus local listing and how shipping dividends are actually taxed are the strongest asset for any US-listed issuer trying to reach both US and European retail.
And what you buy is not that number anyway. What is paid for is the analytical work — that I engage with your company and publish the result, in German and English. Reach is what comes with it, not the product.
It is also a specific audience: people who type charter rate, operating cost and break-even into the TCE calculator to work out cash flow per vessel. That is not a scrolling audience — and it can be quantified: of 3,077 video views in the last 28 days, 35 percent came from YouTube search — from people actively looking for charter rates, fleet age or dividend safety (13 July – 9 Aug 2026).
Where you appear: a placement never runs on a single channel. The German and English sites (over 400 published analyses combined), YouTube in German and English, the podcast on Spotify, Apple and YouTube, LinkedIn on both the personal profile and the company page, and the own Reddit community r/MBCapitalStrategies. Paid content expressly does not appear in third-party forums or communities — that protects you as much as it protects me.
Why I can credibly write about your sector
Publicly visible are the Trade Republic and Scalable Capital accounts. These figures evidence experience and independence. They are not a promotion of any investment and say nothing about future returns.

No minimum term. Month to month, cancellable at any time by plain e-mail with effect from the end of the month already paid for, no automatic renewal. The order fits on one page. All amounts are net of any applicable VAT; under § 19 of the German VAT Act no VAT is currently charged. First month payable in advance.
How it works
1 · A call or an e-mail. Tell me which format interests you, or we spend 30 minutes on a video call talking fleet, numbers and formats. A technical conversation, not a pitch deck. The CEO interview you can simply take along at this point — it is free.
2 · A one-page order. You receive the single sheet: product, amount, start date. Plain e-mail confirmation is sufficient, no signature round. Invoice up front, the first month is paid in advance.
3 · Going live. The placement appears labelled "Advertisement" with the position disclosure right next to it. At the end of each quarter you get the report with raw data — Analytics, YouTube Studio, Search Console.
From yes to live placement is typically under two weeks. Cancellation is monthly, by plain e-mail, without a reason — nothing renews by itself.
What I cannot promise
I cannot move your share price, cannot promise inflows, and cannot tell you how many of my readers end up on your register. Anyone who offers you that cannot prove it either.
What you get at quarter end: page views on the placement, calculator sessions, video views and the search queries people arrived on — as raw screenshots from Analytics, YouTube Studio and Search Console. Not as a number in a slide I typed myself.
Common objections, answered directly
"Is this worth it with 668 YouTube subscribers?"
The comparison is not 668 against 200,000, it is 668 against close to nothing: for most listed shipping, mining and energy issuers there is no explanatory German language page at all. And what is sold here is not reach in the first place - it is the analytical work, which for this sector does not exist elsewhere in German.
"We do not pay for coverage - why talk at all?"
Because the interview is free: 20 to 30 minutes on YouTube and podcast, no invoice. Only the work is payable - a profile retainer, an on-board report, a logo placement. What is promised is THAT we work on the company and publish the result, not how it turns out. If it turns out critical, it still goes out.
"Are we buying a favourable verdict?"
No, and that is enforced in code rather than promised: there is no rating, no price target and no buy or sell recommendation for sale, at any price, and not thrown in. A paid item containing a directional statement is blocked before publication.
"You hold our stock - is that not a conflict of interest?"
The conflict is disclosed rather than hidden: the portfolio is public and updated live, and every paid placement states next to the advertising label whether the name is held. On top of that: there is no paid opinion.
"How fast is it and how much paperwork?"
The order fits on one page: product, amount, start date. Confirmation by plain e-mail is sufficient, the first month is paid in advance, cancellation is monthly and informal, with no automatic renewal.
"Do we get follow links?"
No - every paid placement carries rel="sponsored nofollow" without exception. Paid follow links breach Google's guidelines, and a penalised domain would be worthless to the partner too.
"Can you cover our quarterly results if we pay?"
No. Paid formats pause for the 21 days around a quarterly report, and editorial coverage is not for sale - a payment neither triggers, accelerates nor suppresses it.
